Michael completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
(University of Puget Sound) whilst working as an International
Portfolio Auditor with a Fortune 500 Company. In 1981 Michael
started Graduate Studies at the University of Washington’s
School of Law. In 1983, he completed his Masters in Law with
certificates in Tax and International Commerce.
Since that time Michael has been employed as a CFO for a large
durable goods - heavy industry consortium, and within the International
Ports System within the scope of Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) and Hazardous Materials (Haz-Mat) compliance
throughout the EU.
Michael lectured within the University of Latvia’s School
of Business addressing issues pertaining to OSHA and Haz-Mat
and international trade.
Michael has over 20 years of experience in financial, corporate
positioning, and Haz-Mat consulting. Michael has joined Dynamic
Safety Solutions in 2006 bringing with him knowledge relevant
to local, national and international markets.
