PROFILE IN BRIEF
Dynamic Safety Solutions was formed in 2002 by Cameron Blyth,
Managing Partner, and currently provides occupational health
and safety services to a range of clients in the Kalgoorlie,
Perth and Goldfields regions.
In July 2005, Dynamic Safety Solutions expanded its staff and
operations in order to provide a wider range of services to its
clients.
BUSINESS APPROACH
The business approach employed by Dynamic Safety Solutions aims
to maximise the benefit to the client to ensure a rewarding outcome
is achieved.
This approach to business starts with a thorough scope of the
services being determined prior to engagement on an assignment.
The client in conjunction with the Dynamic Safety Solutions consultant
determines the key performance indicators for the project.
Our preferred business approach is to negotiate the price for
the service up front, rather than use a billable-hours approach.
This ensures that the client is aware of the total cost of a
project prior to engagement of the consultant.
